We answer all emails sent to us during the week within one working day. Usually much quicker. Quite often we answer an email and find that it cannot be delivered or is returned undelivered because the return address is wrong, the customer's server refuses the email or there is a filter or spam program that rejects it.
If you have not received a reply to your email send it again checking the above details. In all the years we have been online there hasn't been a serious inquiry that has not been answered. But there have been many hundreds of returned undelivered emails.
We always check and resend such emails and if there is an obvious flaw in the address we correct it and try again. If you have sent an email and haven't got a reply it's not because we didn't send a reply. We did. It just that there is some problem with the delivery. So try again and provide an alternative email address.
